With sales growth at breakneck speed, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and tenacious Sales Representative to join our growing team in Mississauga, Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage pipeline of prospective clients;

• Proactively reach out to clients to understand their supply chain and logistics needs;

• Work with operations to ensure clients receive a seamless customer experience; 

• Demonstrate our value proposition to industry participants and prospective clients through in person, phone and digital engagement;

• Work with the Expotrans sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive client success and revenue generation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development capacity

• You have successfully completed a degree/diploma from an accredited university or college

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Competitive - willing to pick up the phone or walk into the office of a potential client in order to win their business from a competitor

• You understand how to drive customer happiness and satisfaction

• You are purposeful and diligent in managing your time with little supervision

We are located right in the heart of one of Canada’s busiest transportation centers, just south of Lester B Pearson International, at 2800 Skymark Avenue in Mississauga Ontario, L4W 5A6.

With sales growth at breakneck speed, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and inventive Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Mississauga, Ontario. 

Responsibilities

• Work with operations team to ensure a seamless movement of cargo; 

• Proactively communicate with clients to keep them informed and to collect information pertaining to the fulfillment of their orders;

• Negotiate and apply carrier rates to ensure that freight objectives are met;

• You will maintain a log of ongoing fulfillment requirements and support urgent requests from clients as needed;

• You must be proactive in exploring and implementing new solutions to deal with ongoing challenges as well as to improve our approach to shipment fulfillment;

• You will support the Operations Manager in solving day-to-day issues pertaining to shipments as well as in identifying best practices and sharing it with the team;

• You will support the sales team by conducting company research, making updates to our CRM and developing content for social media platforms;

• Freight forwarding is dynamic; therefore you must be flexible and willing to jump into something new from time to time in order to support the team;

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in a Logistics and Supply Chain role

• You have successfully completed a degree/diploma from an accredited university or college

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• An attention to detail

• You have the Ability to think on your feet and be inventive in coordinating logistics moves

• Willing to embrace and drive change in our organization, challenging the status quo and looking to improve systems and processes with new ideas

• The intellectual curiosity to ask questions, seek out answers and take charge or your long term development in learning the intricacies of global trade
